Schedule & Classes


Whether you have been practicing yoga for a long time or have never been to a yoga class I will meet you where you are and provide individual instruction in a supportive class setting. I help people who are stiff, sore, tired, stressed-out or feeling just fine to reconnect with their well being and vital energy. The practices of yoga are all about waking up and feeling more alive. Through yoga postures, simple breathing exercises, guided meditation and relaxation practices you can activate, soothe and balance the many layers of yourself. Yoga gives you life long tools to regulate yourself into greater ease and better health. My accessible teaching connects the practice of yoga to daily life with insight, enthusiasm and humor. Beginners, new students and drop-ins are always welcome. Learn about plans and pricing.


Weekday ongoing classes and weekday series are held at the Unitarian Meeting House, 121 North Pleasant St, in downtown Amherst, MA. 

You must pre register for series classes. No drop- ins.

About Katie

For over twenty five years I have been studying, practicing, teaching and living my yoga.

I believe yoga is a way to find balance in everything I do. I have put yoga to the test in all parts of my life; In relationships, as an athlete, as a professional carpenter and gardener, small business owner and mother of two.

Yoga has helped to relieve both physical pain and heartache alike. It has brought me back from injury multiple times.

I am passionate about sharing the practical ways yoga improves lives.



Weekday public classes are held at the Unitarian Meeting House, 121 North Pleasant Street in downtown Amherst MA.


We have equipment you can borrow to get started, but eventually you will want your own gear. Here is what will you need:
