At Build Yoga and Wellness we welcome you with open arms and practices to help. Whether you have been practicing yoga for a long time or have never been to a yoga class (don’t worry, we will teach you yoga terms for beginners) I will meet you where you are and provide individual instruction in a supportive class setting. I teach what I call light hearted yoga. It’s a combination of a sense of humor and serious devotion to offering each person what is possible through yoga. A Build Yoga class is unique in the level of personal attention you receive and it’s fun! Beginners, new students and drop-ins are welcome. I look forward to seeing you soon and sharing in yoga! Summer Class 2024 Locations
Outside Yoga Classes are held at Stone House Farm, 649 East Pleasant St. Amherst MA.
In case of rain, we will practice in our new yoga space inside the barn!
Spring 2024 Classes
Indoor Yoga Classes are held at Jewish Community of Amherst (JCA) 742 Main St, Amherst, MA 01002
Live Stream Classes
To access live streaming classes, please purchase your series or class and download a free Zoom app at zoom.us If you are dropping in, email me to Register For the class you want to take. I will send the zoom link 10 minutes prior to class time. People who have signed up for the series will receive the zoom link in the welcome letter.
