Katie Shults has been studying, practicing, and teaching yoga for over 30 years. She firmly believes that yoga is a way to find balance in every aspect of life. Throughout her journey, Katie has put yoga to the test in various roles - in relationships, as an athlete, as a professional carpenter, as a gardener, as a small business owner, and as a mother of two.

Yoga has helped Katie relieve both physical pain and emotional heartache, allowing her to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience. She is passionate about sharing the practical ways yoga can improve lives, including its benefits for women's health and wellness, men's health and wellness, and the overall well-being of all people.
