Yoga For Strength 1
Tuesdays 9:00-10:30 am
Get in better shape with a moderate class focused on safely developing strength. Learn how to intelligently balance flexibility with strength to get stronger and heal body, mind and spirit.
Building strength is as much an inside job as building muscle. It requires consistent, regular practice—and accessing your will . Through practice you’ll learn to see yourself more clearly; your strengths, limitations, the obstacles that keep you from living a full and empowered life and how to overcome them. To get stronger you have to get kinder. If you want to make a change, you have to change your mind and open your heart. It is all connected.
Yoga for academics, writers, office workers and truck drivers
Tuesdays 5:45- 7:15 pm
Learn how to counter long hours of sitting with shoulders hunched forward, pushing through. Simple daily stretches to relieve pain, improve posture and work habits. Take care of your body, free your mind and learn to cultivate healthy daily practices for a more balanced and joyful life.
A gentle to moderate paced class
Yoga For Strength 2
Thursdays 9:00-10:30 am
A vigorous class built on the fundamentals of Yoga for Strength 1. Deepen your practice and level of fitness through this fun and challenging class. Home practice required.

Can’t make your regular class time? You can attend any of the other classes on the current schedule or offer your class to a friend.
