Yoga For Strength

Tuesdays 9:00-10:30 am

A moderate to vigorous paced class focussed on developing strength safely. Learn how to intelligently balance flexibility with strength to get stronger and heal.

Building strength is as much an inside job as building muscle. It requires consistent, regular practice—and accessing your will . Through practice you’ll learn to see yourself more clearly; your strengths, limitations, the obstacles that keep you from living a full and empowered life and how to overcome them. To get stronger you have to get kinder. If you want to make a change, you have to change your mind and open your heart. It is all connected.

Yoga For Stress

Tuesdays 5:45- 7:15 pm

A gentle to moderate paced class combining both active and restorative practice with an emphasis on breath work, meditation and deep relaxation.

It is built into the nature of being alive that we have to confront adversity; both within ourselves and externally. Whether it's the rough ride of growing up or growing older or the expected and unexpected changes throughout life. One of the key teachings yoga has given me is that my struggles, confusion, self doubt and failures are woven into the fabric of my peace, clarity, confidence and successes. We have to use it all to our advantage to evolve. By making small shifts, you can usher in the ripples of a sea change.

Yoga For Stiff People

Thursdays 9:00-10:30 am

A slower paced class focused on the foundations of a safe and healing yoga practice. Great for beginners and people with injuries. This class will instruct the building blocks for a safe yoga practice through primary yoga poses and fundamental alignment principles.
