Q. Where do we meet?

A. Our primary training location is at my home, 763 East Pleasant St. Amherst Ma. 01002.

A. Weather permitting, a secondary outdoor training location could be determined.

Q. How often do we meet?

A. Weekly is most common and typically provides the optimal health and wellness results.

Q. Do we meet at the same time each week?

A. Meeting at a regular time is preferred. The schedule may vary as needed.

Q. How long is each session?

A. Each session is an hour long.

Q. What happens in a typical session?

A. We start with a check in to note your observations, answer questions and review material.

The last 10 minutes are a review of key points. You have an opportunity to take notes as needed. The bulk of the time is experiential practice.

Q. What happens in our first session?

A. I get to know you more. We review the questionnaire. We do a postural and movement screening and we set goals. Then we get started on the program.

Q. What happens if I come into training with a pre-existing injury or limitations?

A. In my personal training classes, I will provide the appropriate level of instruction for whatever you are working on.

Q. Do we wear masks?

A.I will wear a mask. If you are vaccinated, masks are not required. You may also choose to wear a mask, even if you are vaccinated.

Q. Are vaccinations required?

A. No, but masks are required for unvaccinated people.

Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

A. Yes, 48 hours notice to reschedule without losing your session.

Q. How do I reschedule outside of 24 hours?

A. Reschedule directly in the Calendly confirmation email from your original booking.

Q. Can I book a recurring appointment?

A. Yes, you book the first session and request that it be recurring in the notes section. Once recurring is approved, you will receive additional notifications.

Q. How do you assess the success of our program?

A. We do quarterly evaluations to determine your progress and make any adjustments needed.
