In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to lose ourselves in the chaos and noise. But, by creating a little space every day, we can truly find ourselves. When we make time to slow down and quiet the inner chatter, things open up and we can more easily hear inner guidance and stay on course. However, knowing what we need to do and actually doing it are two very different things!
The 30 Day Yoga Challenge helps you take small incremental action steps every day to give yourself the time and space you need to come home to your natural state of well being.
Throughout this challenge, we invite you to scale back on what isn't essential to make more space for the fundamentals (note the word fundamental has fun in it!) What is essential is prioritizing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish. It's required for your fulfillment and enables you to be a positive force in your family, community, and the world. By keeping yourself in a good state you can truly enjoy life and share that joy with others.

This is a great opportunity to commit to a daily practice within a supportive community to experience results and personal growth. This program includes posture instruction, breath and relaxation practices, yoga philosophy, yoga terms for beginners, short reflective writing prompts and practical tools for more centered living and it’s fun! No experience necessary, all are welcome!
