So many of us are shut inside, caught up in a busy life and disconnected from soulful inspiration. In Your Element Seasonal Retreat Days are an opportunity to get out in nature, slow down and come home to yourself through the unique alchemy of the wisdom teachings of yoga and nature. Jeannie Bergstrom and Katie Shults expertly weave together the inner and outer realms to create a powerful experience of transformation. Each program consists of a day long outdoor retreat themed for the season.  Join us for an intimate ramble in nature:

  • De-stress and revitalize your body through gentle yoga
  • Nourish yourself with relevant knowledge of local edible and medicinal plants

  • Awaken your senses to local wildlife through their signs and songs

Our Fall In Your Element program is Saturday, October 14th from 10:00am-4:30pm. Fall is a time of  letting go and directing our energy back to our roots.  In this day long retreat we will align with the season through yoga practice, ceremony and nature exploration. We'll be spending the day exploring Pig Pen Ledges in Montague MA. It is a spectacular set of cliffs more like a natural cathedral then a pig pen. The hike in is gentle, but be prepared for sections of some hands and feet scrambling to explore the cliffs and be rewarded with a fabulous view. In this unique landscape nature offers us many metaphors for skillful living. We will be outside all day for a guaranteed fun filled, spirit lifting time.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 30 days before the program, we will refund your money minus a $15 processing fee.

Cancel 29 to 10 days before the program, we will refund half of your money.

Cancel less than 10 days before the program, we will not refund your money, however you can transfer your participation on to a friend.
